Costillas De Puerco Reina
This is my video version of Food52's Amanda ^messes up^ in the kitchen ...... because get real we all do. This recipe is simple to prepare, but I needed to buy the correct type of pork and cook it slowly. In the video you can see I am cooking quickly. I cooked it on high and bought the wrong cut so it turned out tough. It had a great taste so take care to not over cook!
Prep time : 10 to 15 minutes
Cook time : Est. 1 hour 20 min

1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup burgundy wine
